As the year comes to an end, the Crawford County Historical Society Museum celebrates with an exhibit of holiday trees.  Each tree is meticulously decorated with vintage and antique themes using hats, hankies, and lace.

New this year, patrons who visit the museum in December can choose a complimentary angel ornament from the Sharing Tree.  The angel ornaments are available on a first-come basis and limited to one per person.

These ornaments were graciously donated by Cuba resident and museum docent, Pat Cookson.

“I want to share the magic of Christmas and inspire others to do the same,” Cookson added.

The museum is open Wednesday – Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  Better hurry, the museum will close for the season on Friday, December 17, and will reopen in spring 2022.

The CCHS Museum is a nonprofit and relies on donations and support from the community. In this season of giving, consider a donation to the museum to continue the legacy of Cuba.
